“#5 Full City – 842 Pearl St (Bakery at 844 Pearl St). Full City features three talented artists: Richard Owens, Robert Adams, and Daniel Berman. Richard Owens prefers to create spontaneously, typically working without referencing detailed sketches, predetermined concepts or specific ideas on how the resulting image should look. This detached creative process often yields surprising results. A variety of processes have been used to create these images including lithography, intaglio, and relief printing. Robert Adams is originally from Suitland, Maryland outside Washington DC. His work is primarily mixed-media paintings, addressing tensions between the human and natural environment. He distills images and emphasizes bold graphics and symbols. Daniel Berman is a northwest born and raised photographer based out of Eugene, Oregon. He sees photography as a way to put a frame around life, showing us the extraordinary in the ordinary and the splendor in the world around us. His photographs are displayed throughout the northwest and have won numerous international awards.”
